Ron, Utah 10/24/08
I was driving across Nebraska and my rear wheels locked up on the tractor. Had to have it towed into a shop. They pulled the trans and say the clutch cam out in pieces. They told the company it was shock load and now the company wants me to pay for it. Telling me I slipped the foot off the clutch. I was doing 65 when it happen, how can my foot slip off doing 65? Can you tell me if they can accuse me of this? I need some advice on how to fight this.
